TASTING NOTES
The main characteristics of Rosé wine are its pale and brilliant pink colour, reminiscent of rose petals, and its intense and complex aroma. On the palate, this wine stands out for its freshness and liveliness, with notes of red fruit, strawberries and cherries, balanced by a pleasant acidity.
PRODUCTION
The vinification of rosé wine requires particular attention during the production process. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. After pressing, the must obtained is left to ferment at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas and floral scents typical of Nebbiolo. All our vineyards are grown naturally and worked by hand, with the utmost respect for the Earth and with total care and attention for each vine.
COMBINATIONS
The ideal pairing for rosé wine are fish-based dishes, such as sushi and sashimi, but also fresh salads and light cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for accompanying appetizers, first courses based on pasta or rice, and white meats.
CURIOSITY
The quality of Nebbiolo wine vinified rosé depends on the skill of the producer and the choice of grapes. The best examples of this wine have an elegant and harmonious structure, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
